About Us

Family Equestrian Recreation

The Alta Loma Riding Club  (ALRC), a non-profit organization, 501(c)(7) was established in 1964 to promote wholesome family equestrian recreation, education, and comradery among the equestrian community in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.

Equestrian Activities

  • Today, the Alta Loma Riding Club membership encompasses a wide range of horse owners and horse enthusiasts alike, throughout the city of Rancho Cucamonga, California. Enthusiasm for the equestrian lifestyle is alive and well in the city. Activities, such as horse shows in a variety of disciplines, local trail rides, trailer-out trail rides, informative membership meetings, clinics and fundraisers keep the equestrian community active.

Our Mission

  •  ALRC works in partnership with the City of Rancho Cucamonga to maintain and protect the many community trails throughout the city. ALRC manages and maintains Heritage Park Equestrian Center, with the help of dedicated volunteers within its membership. Members receive a monthly newsletter by email, and are kept apprised of upcoming events and news on both the website, Facebook, and Instagram. Become a member today and support the equestrian lifestyle that is the Alta Loma Riding Club!
